2. Eligibility and acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase contract and that the information you provide is accurate. Please read these Terms, our Shipping & Returns Policy and our Privacy Policy before ordering.

3. Products and handmade characteristics

Nissea products are handmade. Small variations in colour placement, shape, dimensions, bead finish or construction are part of their individual character and are not defects, provided the product conforms to its description and intended use. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the screen and lighting.

Product photographs, descriptions, measurements and material information are provided with reasonable care. Accessories may contain small parts and are not toys. Keep them away from babies and young children and use them only for their intended purpose.

4. Orders and contract formation

After you submit an order, we will send an electronic acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch of the order.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product or material is unavailable, the price or description contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, delivery is not possible, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping charges and, where applicable, other costs are shown before the order is submitted. Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider.

If an obvious pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Personalised orders

For products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, you are responsible for checking the requested details before confirming the order. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible. The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to such products, as explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

7. Processing, delivery and risk

Standard processing normally takes 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law. Further details are available in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

8. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for standard distance purchases. Personalised products may be excluded. Conditions, return costs, refund timing, exchanges, faulty goods and voluntary repairs are explained in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Faulty products and legal guarantee

Products must conform to the purchase contract. If a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract, you may choose between repair and replacement free of charge, unless your chosen remedy is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs compared with the alternative, in accordance with applicable law.

If repair or replacement is unavailable, is not completed properly or within a reasonable time, or if the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious, you may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Care and use

Follow the care instructions supplied with the product or published on our website. Damage caused by misuse, excessive pulling, impact, exposure to unsuitable substances, failure to follow care instructions or ordinary wear is not treated as an original product defect. A voluntary repair may be available separately.

11. Intellectual property

The Nissea Accessories name, product photographs, texts, graphics, original designs and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Personal data and cookies

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and your choices is provided in our Cookie Policy.

14. Governing law and complaints

These Terms are governed by Greek law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence. If you have a complaint, contact nissea.collection@gmail.com so that we can try to resolve it. You may also use an applicable consumer alternative-dispute-resolution body where available.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version applicable to an order is the version available when that order is placed.
